Adelaide Cabaret Festival is held at Adelaide Festival Centre, which is situated on the banks of the River Torrens and at Her Majesty's Theatre on Grote Street in the heart of the Adelaide CBD.
Exciting redevelopment works are underway at Adelaide Festival Centre. Car parking and access points have changed. Please take care to plan your journey and leave plenty of extra time.
Her Majesty's Theatre
Two FREE 24-seater Des’s Minibuses will drive from Her Majesty’s Theatre on Grote Street to Adelaide Festival Centre and the Wintergarden once after every evening performance (matinees excluded). There are 48 places max and travel is on a first come, first served basis. You will be dropped off at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Montefiore Road – from there it is a short walk to the festival hub.
*No bus for Wednesday 21 June.
If you miss the buses, you can also catch a FREE tram from outside the Hilton Adelaide on Victoria Square / Tarndanyangga to Adelaide Railway Station – from there it is a short walk north between the railway station and the Intercontinental Hotel to the festival hub.
Alternatively, you can walk to the festival hub outside the Dunstan Playhouse on the Riverdeck at Adelaide Festival Centre by following the big yellow directional dots north (15-20 minute walk).
